Congratulations, you're one of the (apparently) rapidly-dwindling percentage of the population who wants to learn the language of computers... or, in this case, the internet. My apologies for not having any computer programming information up here, but alas - I can only learn so much so fast. ;) Eventually, I'm hoping to have something up here on C++ and/or Q-Basic, as well as any other programming languages I have the motivation to learn, but I don't know how long those will take to get the hang of (especially the former!), so I've not included it in the list for now. Perhaps later...
At any rate, when this section is finished, you'll be given the option to learn BBCode, HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript. Unfortunately, I'm not talented enough in any of these areas to provide an interactive tutorial, so you'll have to make do with a simple guide for a little bit.
